The FN HiPer is a modern 9×19 mm striker-fired semi-automatic pistol fully designed, developed, and manufactured in Belgium by FN Herstal on a polymer frame with an internal metal chassis, ergonomic grip panels, and a short-recoil, locked-breech action for durable, reliable service use.
