FN Machine Gun Pods are self-contained airborne weapon pods that integrate a combat-proven .50 cal FN® M3P machine gun and associated ammunition handling into a single, rugged pod structure with standard NATO suspension lugs for mounting on helicopters and subsonic aircraft.

Designed to deliver high-rate .50 cal machine-gun fire (~1,100 rpm) with selectable pod capacities (e.g., 250 or 400 rounds) and optionally combined with 2.75″ rocket tubes in RMP configurations, they support analogue or digital control interfaces and are compatible with airborne weapon-management systems.
